Srishti’s journey began with a solid educational foundation at the Convent of Jesus and Mary, where the seeds of discipline, compassion, and excellence were sown. Pursuing her academic aspirations further, she chose to specialize in sociology, with honors, from the prestigious Hindu College. This choice showcased her intellectual curiosity and an early inclination toward understanding the dynamics of human interactions.
After completing her formal education, Srishti embarked on a corporate journey that lasted three years. She navigated the halls of multinational companies, gaining insights into the corporate world’s mechanisms. However, deep within her, a creative fire burned brightly, urging her to explore avenues beyond spreadsheets and boardrooms.
Listening to her heart’s call, Srishti took a bold step towards her true passion. She enrolled at the Pearl Academy to study events and marketing, an arena that resonated with her artistic spirit and business acumen.
Armed with her newfound expertise, Srishti embarked on a new chapter of her career. She joined renowned companies in the dynamic wedding industry, where meticulous planning, seamless execution, and imaginative flair are of the essence. Here, she honed her craft, absorbing insights and experiences that would later define her entrepreneurial journey.

SACHIT ARORA
Sachit Arora, a dynamic entrepreneur hailing from a prominent business family with a strong foothold in the steel fabrication industry, is the driving force behind The Project Lotus. Armed with a solid educational foundation and a passion for business, Sachit has charted his own path in the world of entrepreneurship.
Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Sachit’s early exposure to his family’s steel fabrication business instilled in him a deep understanding of the intricacies of running a successful enterprise. From a young age, he was actively involved in various aspects of the family business, learning firsthand the ropes of effective management, strategic decision-making, and the importance of customer satisfaction.
In 2022, leveraging his comprehensive knowledge of business operations and his newfound expertise in event management, Sachit embarked on his entrepreneurial journey by establishing The Project Lotus. This marked a significant milestone as he channelled his passion for events into a venture that aimed to redefine the industry. With an unwavering commitment to excellence and a vision to provide unparalleled event experiences, Sachit and his team set out to create events that leave lasting impressions.
